This set has been modified by a previous owner. A battery eliminator consisting of a mobile phone charger has been fitted into the battery compartment. It is such a neat job I will leave it there. Switched on and it worked.
The cabinet is made of plastic with an attempt at making it look like wood. It looks really cheap. Fortunately this one does not have any serious scratches or any cigarette burns which melt the plastic. Cleaned with furniture polish, it looks fine.
